AFLATOON INNOVATION LLP believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
- However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
- In case you feel that the product received(or classes taken) is/are not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to our notice within 7 days of receiving the product. The Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
- In case of any Refunds approved by the AFLATOON INNOVATION LLP, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
- The institute employs strict refund policies for its classroom and online programmes. It advices students to make a judicious decision before joining course(s). The refund policy of classroom programme would be discussed in the fee structure released every year before the session begins. However student joining online programmes like Distance learning, Postal programme and Test Series programmes can claim for refund if the services promised during the period are not delivered. They shall contact the office for any such queries. The office would refund the appropriate amount online to the source account from where payment was made. A student can cancel his course that has been joined online within three days of joining the course. Cancellation past 3 days will not be entertained and refunded, under any circumstances.
- In case of online courses, upto 50% will be refunded depending on the course and discretion of the company. (within 3 days of purchase)
- In case of books/Notes/test series no refund requests will be entertained.
